How do I log in to the Control Panel for my domain?
The best way is to log at the panel to the left on this page (or click here) and just enter your email and password. Then after you've successfully logged in click on "View Accounts" (See below).

After that click on "Visit Cpanel"

If that doesn't work you can also try to log in directly to your cPanel, but then you'll need your login details for that account. So find your welcome email from us and then visit www.yourdomain.com/cpanel (replace yourdomain.com with your own domainname).
I have forgotten my password, how can I get a new one?
You can just order a new password if you know the emailaddress you used to sign up with. Just click here and enter your emailaddress.
I have a username but to log in the webpage ask about my email. Why?
The username that was sent out to you in our welcome mail "A New Hosting Account Has Been Setup" contains the userdetails for that specific domain. The loginbox on www.patong.biz are your Customer Account which contains all your domains and orders.
To log in tere just use the email address you used when you signed up with us.
How do I set the outgoing email in my emailprogram?
The outgoing mailserver (or the SMTP server) is exactly the same as your incoming mailserver, i.e. mail.yourdomain.com (where yourdomain.com is your domainname). Because many ISPs have closed port 25 you should use port 26 if possible instead.
Here is an example of how to configure your email for use with Outlook Express.
1. First select "Tools" and then "Accounts from the menu.

2. If you already have an setup up an emailaccount with yourdomain then click on the "Mail" tab and select your email account. After that click on "Properties". Then read #3 below.
If you haven't created one yet, just click on "Add" and then "Email". Follow the onscreen instructions as best as you can and then start reading #2 above.

3. Click on the "Servers" tab. Fill in "mail." followed by your domainname as shown.
4. Enter your accountname OR your COMPLETE emailaddress (including the domainname if you have created the emailaddress yourself).
5. Check the box next to "My server requires authentication".

6. Make sure the settings are as the picture shows.

7. Click on the "Advanced" tab and make sure that "Outgoing mail (SMTP)" is set to port 26.
8. Then click "OK" and you are done! |
How do I pay my Invoice?
Your invoice is sent to your email 30 days prior to expiry date. If you haven't got it or lost it you can log in with your email and password on the startpage of www.patong.biz or click here.
Click on "View Invoices" and then on "View", as shown on the picture below.

Click on your Invoice ID number to get a printable version of the entire invoice as shown below. Bank details are then listed in the upper right box on your printable invoice.

When I send you an email I only get "Ticket rejected as SPAM" as a response.
Our spam filter has by mistake regarded your email as a spam and sent you this email. Please include the text 'ANTI_SPAM_MAGICWORD' at the end of your email and the mail will be delivered to us.
How do I cancel an account with you?
First login to your customer account at the panel to the left on this page (or click here) and just enter your email and password. Then after you've successfully logged in click on "View Orders" and next to the account you want to cancel click on "View". (See below).

Then click on "Cancel Account".

In the provided place please give a reason for the cancellation and the click on the submit button.
